Key Responsibilities
As a Renal Nurse at Diaverum, you will:
- Develop and oversee personalised care plans for renal patients.
- Conduct and monitor dialysis treatments, ensuring machines and systems are prepared and functioning safely.
- Review pre- and post-hemodialysis care with patients to assess progress and adjust plans.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (doctors, dieticians, social workers, etc.) to deliver coordinated care.
- Ensure meticulous documentation of all clinical activities.
- Offer compassionate, holistic care—building trust with patients throughout their treatment journey.

Requirements
To excel in this role, you must:
- Be an NMC Registered General Nurse.
- Have a strong understanding of the NMC Code of Professional Conduct.
- Demonstrate autonomy and the ability to work effectively in a multi-disciplinary team.
- Bring a positive, dynamic, and patient-focused approach to care delivery.
- Possess excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Clinical experience in renal care is preferred, though not mandatory—we provide comprehensive training for all new recruits.
Training & Development
All new nurses complete an 8-week supernumerary training programme, supported by experienced Clinical Leads. You’ll also benefit from:

- Nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:4, allowing ample time for personalised care.
- Part-time flexibility (23 hours/week).
- Steady hours (Mon-Sat), with no aftercare or night shifts.
