Staff Nurse (Mental Health or Learning Disability Nurse) – Fixed-Term Contract (12 Months)
Ensure high-quality care for adults with learning disabilities and autism while supporting colleagues at Bradley Complex.

Key Responsibilities
As a qualified Staff Nurse (RMN or RNLD), your role will involve:
- Delivering compassionate, high-quality nursing care to adults with learning disabilities and autism.
- Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care while maintaining accurate records.
- Supporting and mentoring colleagues to promote positive teamwork.
- Monitoring and reporting changes in service users’ conditions.

Daily duties include:
- Providing effective, routine, and varied care.
- Observing, documenting, and updating progress.
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to improve lives.
Shift pattern: 3-4 days per week (including days, nights, and weekends) – 12.5-hour shifts (40 hours per week).
Requirements
- Completed Preceptorship (with evidence required).
- Qualified RMN or RNLD with active NMC registration.
- Demonstrated:
- Strong teamwork skills and adaptability.
- High self-motivation and a flexible approach.
- A compassionate, caring attitude.
- Commitment to evidence-based and high-quality care.
