Your Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing care plans for renal patients.
- Meticulous clinical documentation of patient care.
- Dialysis machine preparation and monitoring.
- Reviewing pre- and post-hemodialysis care.
- Collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team.
Requirements
- NMC Registration (or due to qualify shortly).
- Knowledge of the NMC Code of Professional Conduct.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
- A positive, patient-focused attitude with safe care delivery.
- Strong English communication skills.
Note: Clinical experience in renal nursing is preferred but not essential—training will be provided.
