Registered Nurse - Ward B
We are looking to recruit a dynamic, highly motivated Registered Nurse with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work in Ward B, Lorn & Islands Rural General Hospital, Oban.
About Ward B
Ward B is an 18-bedded ward comprising of 14 acute general medical beds with a 4-bedded Medical/Surgical High Dependency Unit.
Role Overview
Ward B offers a friendly and supportive learning environment. You will have robust clinical skills and knowledge in acute medical nursing, experience in high dependency care, cardiology, and respiratory nursing is desirable but training will be provided.
Requirements
Applicants must hold a Degree or Diploma in Adult Nursing and be registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) in the Adults Nursing field of practice. Applicants should also have evidence of continuous professional development, a commitment to life-long learning, and an enthusiastic and innovative approach to service development.
ILS/ALS training is desirable but not essential as training will be provided.
