Staff Nurse - Women's Health OPD

Outpatients Staff Nurse – Women's Health

Location: London / The Harley Street (27-29 Harley Street, W1G 9QP) Flexibility: Rotate across satellite sites (78, 81, and 88 Harley Street) Hours: Full-time, Monday – Saturday (37.5 hours per week) Shift Pattern: Service open between 8am – 8pm (various shifts) Contract: Permanent

About the Role

We are delighted to announce the recruitment of a Staff Nurse to join our Outpatients team at The Harley Street Clinic campus, currently rated "Outstanding" by the CQC. Our Women’s Health Centre offers a full range of tailored care, including:

  • Breast Health & Breast Surgery
  • Gynaecology & Gynaecological Oncology
  • Endometriosis & Menopause
  • Private GP Services
  • Fertility & Reproductive Medicine

As an experienced Staff Nurse, you’ll provide clinical leadership, ensuring our patients receive safe, high-quality care. You’ll mentor junior colleagues, fostering advanced expertise While you’ll help elevate care standards and build professional growth, we’re equally invested in yours. Your role at The Harley Street Woman-HCA will cover outpatient settings, partnering with gynecological experts and specialists to keep women feeling their best.


Responsibilities

  • Deliver expert nursing care to outpatients in women’s health-specific settings.
  • Act as a clinical leader, setting standards for practice and guiding junior staff.
  • Ensure amount medication & treatment adherence in {fast volume/exceptional standards}.
  • Maintain accurate, clinical forms; targets, schedules treatments. Note patient records.
  • Support the team to provide exceptional continuity of care.
  • Uphold CQC quality standards through prompt, respectful inter-departmental communication.
  • Commit to ensuring the overall operational efficiency of outpatients scheduling and workflows.

Requirements & Qualifications

✅ Current NMC registration as a Registered Nurse ✅ Proven experience in outpatient settings ✅ Experience within women’s health, gynaecology, or a related specialty ✅ Strong clinical assessment, communication and organisation skills ✅ Willingness to train for Nurse in Charge responsibilities ✅ Commitment to promoting Diversity, Inclusion, Equality, and Belonging (DIEB)
