We are excited to announce that we are now recruiting experienced Staff Nurses for our brand new residential service in Beckenham, developed in partnership with South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust. This marks an exciting milestone as we expand Everyturn’s services into London for the very first time.

Our new 12 - 14-bed service will provide specialist, clinically-led community rehabilitation for people with complex mental health needs, offering 24/7 clinical support in a safe, therapeutic, and recovery-focused environment.

This role is not eligible for sponsorship as it does not meet the requirements as set out by the UK Visa and Immigration Service

About The Role

As a Staff Nurse, you will coordinate day-to-day service delivery, provide leadership to the team, and work collaboratively with service users, families, and carers to assess needs, develop support plans, and deliver interventions that promote recovery, resilience, and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver person-centred, outcomes-focused care, ensuring dignity and compliance with quality standards.
  • Assess and meet the needs of service users and carers, maintaining accurate and timely records.
  • Manage team resources effectively to achieve agreed outcomes and standards of care.
  • Safely administer and dispense medication in line with professional guidance.
  • Coach and mentor student and newly qualified nurses, promoting continuous professional development.
  • Assist the Service Manager and Clinical Lead in meeting regulatory and quality standards.
  • Identify and manage risks proactively, implementing measures to reduce harm.
  • Conduct audits of service delivery and clinical practice, recommending improvements.
  • Address and manage team conflict constructively, escalating concerns when necessary.
  • Deputise for the Clinical Lead as required and undertake reasonable duties to support high standards of care.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
