Day-to-Day Responsibilities
As a Staff Nurse with us, you’ll lead, assess, and ensure residents receive best-in-class care while leading your team. Your role will include:
- Providing evidence-based nursing care and support to residents
- Conducting constant reassessments, planning and evaluating residents’ needs
- Overseeing medicine management, ensuring safe administration of medication per NMC Standards
- Developing individualised treatment plans
- Maintaining a safe, stable, and compassionate environment
- Ensuring legal compliance, regulatory adherence, and best practice adherence
- Supporting the Service Manager with performance targets, aligning staff/schedules for smooth operations
- Mentoring, supporting, and guiding junior team members
- Collaborating with the Manager to maintain operational excellence

Requirements
- Must hold a current registration with the Nursing & Midwifery Council (NMC)
- Must have a relevant Nursing qualification
- Compassionate and professional approach, adhering to strict nursing boundaries
- Demonstrated understanding of professional standards in care delivery
