About the Role

We are recruiting for multiple vital roles across theatre departments, including:

  • Scrub Theatre Practitioner
  • Anaesthetic Practitioner (Additional Qualification required)
  • Post Anaesthetic Care Unit (PACU) Staff

Role opportunities span all specialities, including:

  • Vascular
  • Emergency
  • General Surgery
  • Urology
  • Gynaecology
  • Orthopaedics
  • Trauma
  • Head and Neck Surgery
  • Obstetrics
  • Robotic Surgery

Key Responsibilities

Core Duties (All Roles)

  • Provide high-quality, patient-centred care across multiple specialities.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment.
  • Support a 24/7 service, including:
    • Night shifts
    • Weekend rotas
    • Bank holiday coverage

Speciality-Specific Focus

  • Scrub Practitioners
    • Work in diverse clinical settings, including robotic-assisted procedures.
    • Maintain strict sterile field integrity and theatre efficiency.

  • Anaesthetic Practitioners

    • Support pre-, intra-, and post-operative care in high-demand specialities.
    • Work under supervision with an Additional Qualification (if applicable).
  • PACU Staff

    • Oversee safe, effective post-operative recovery.
    • Monitor and advocate for patients’ growing needs.
