About the Role
We are recruiting for multiple vital roles across theatre departments, including:
- Scrub Theatre Practitioner
- Anaesthetic Practitioner (Additional Qualification required)
- Post Anaesthetic Care Unit (PACU) Staff
Role opportunities span all specialities, including:
- Vascular
- Emergency
- General Surgery
- Urology
- Gynaecology
- Orthopaedics
- Trauma
- Head and Neck Surgery
- Obstetrics
- Robotic Surgery
Key Responsibilities
Core Duties (All Roles)
- Provide high-quality, patient-centred care across multiple specialities.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment.
- Support a 24/7 service, including:
- Night shifts
- Weekend rotas
- Bank holiday coverage
Speciality-Specific Focus
- Scrub Practitioners
- Work in diverse clinical settings, including robotic-assisted procedures.
- Maintain strict sterile field integrity and theatre efficiency.

Anaesthetic Practitioners
- Support pre-, intra-, and post-operative care in high-demand specialities.
- Work under supervision with an Additional Qualification (if applicable).

PACU Staff
- Oversee safe, effective post-operative recovery.
- Monitor and advocate for patients’ growing needs.
