Let’s face it, a company whose mission is human transformation better have some fresh thinking about the employer/employee relationship.

We do. We can’t cram it all in here, but you’ll start noticing it from the first interview.

Even our candidate experience is different. And when you get an offer from us (and accept it), you get way more than a paycheck. You get a personal BetterUp Coach, a development plan, a trained and coached manager, the most amazing team you’ve ever met (yes, each with their own personal BetterUp Coach), and most importantly, work that matters.

This makes for a remarkably focused and fulfilling work experience. Frankly, it’s not for everyone. But for people with fire in their belly, it’s a game-changing, career-defining, soul-lifting move.

Join us and we promise you the most intense and fulfilling years of your career, doing life-changing work in a fun, inventive, soulful culture.

If that sounds exciting—and the job description below feels like a fit—we really should start talking.

We are a hybrid company

With a focus on in-person collaboration when necessary. Employees are expected to be available to work from one of our office hubs at least two days per week, or eight days per month. Our US hub locations include: Austin, TX; New York City, NY; San Francisco, CA; and the Washington, DC metro area. If this is a role based in Europe, our Europe hub locations are London, UK and Amsterdam, NL. Please ensure you can realistically commit to this structure before applying.

The Opportunity

You'll own a meaningful product area driving BetterUp's Human Transformation Platform — driving execution, building customer relationships, and shipping work that moves metrics. You'll operate as a builder-owner: someone who takes the product direction set by your Product Leader and turns it into reality through hands-on prototyping, direct customer engagement, and hypothesis-driven execution. This is a role for someone who ships with urgency and wants ownership over outcomes — not just outputs.

What You Own

  • Translate product vision into concrete execution plans and own delivery against them. You carry a clear point of view on where your product is headed and can articulate it to any stakeholder.
  • Connect your work to the broader product portfolio — building shared platform capabilities and aligning with peer PMs to ensure your product surface enhances the value of the overall platform.
  • Decide and move with imperfect information. You don't wait for alignment, permission, or consensus — you listen, synthesize, decide, and act. When you're wrong, you course-correct fast. You never stall.
  • Drive your cross-functional squad (Engineering, Design, Data) toward outcomes. Set the agenda, maintain productive tension with your engineering and design partners, and own the results.
  • Spend significant time with customers (external and internal) — discovery sessions, product demos, and direct conversations with enterprise buyers and admin users. You build relationships and use that signal to shape what you build.
  • Prototype working demos with AI tools (Claude, Cursor, Replit, Figma Make) before engineering spends a sprint. Run hypothesis-driven experiments; kill what isn't working and redirect without drama.
  • Define and track success metrics for your product surface, ensuring the work delivers measurable business value. Anticipate and proactively mitigate risks.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Experience

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years in product management or related roles, with demonstrated ownership of product outcomes — not just feature delivery.
  • Experience building platform, configuration tooling or admin-facing products in B2B enterprise environments — for example policy engines, logic-based systems, workflow configuration, or permissions systems.
  • Direct customer exposure in enterprise contexts — you've been in the room with buyers and admin users, not just reading summaries. You know how to turn those conversations into product hypotheses.
  • Domain expertise in organizational transformation, human transformation, talent intelligence, or related fields is a plus.

Skills & Competencies

  • Relentless agency. You have an internal locus of control — when something isn't working, you own it and fix it rather than waiting for someone else to act. Humility to know what you don't know; relentlessness to figure it out.
  • Strong executive communication skills — you can tell the story of your product, your bets, and your learnings clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Developing product vision and strategic thinking. You have a point of view on where your product should go and can defend it with evidence, while staying open to updating that view as you learn.
  • Systems thinking and technical curiosity. Partner deeply with engineering on data model and architecture decisions. You won't write the code, but you'll be in the room where the object model gets decided.
  • Cross-functional collaboration — you can align R&D and go-to-market partners toward shared goals and hold the team accountable to outcomes.
  • AI-native fluency. You build working prototypes and functional demos using AI tools (Claude, Cursor, Replit, Figma Make) before engineering spends a sprint. You can modify prompts, adjust flows, and run data analyses without filing a ticket. This is your default operating method, not a novelty.

Preferred Backgrounds

  • PMs from enterprise SaaS B2B environments, especially if you were part of helped scale from a single product to a multi-product product platform.
  • Former founders or early employees at high-growth B2B startups — people who have lived the zero-to-one journey and thrive in ambiguity.
  • Expertise in organizational transformation, human transformation, talent intelligence, or related fields.
  • Solution design experience — whether from consulting, customer-facing product roles, or implementation work — where you were personally involved in shaping what gets built with the buyer.

Why This Role

  • You'll own a product area integral to scaling a platform that enterprises are building their talent strategy on. Real ownership, real impact.
  • You'll work directly with customers — not behind layers of account management. If that's not appealing, this isn't the right role.
  • You'll operate with real autonomy. We're looking for people who want ownership and ambiguity, not clearer lanes and more consensus.
  • You'll build in an AI-native environment where prototyping with agents, compressing cycle times, and shipping fast are expected, not exceptional.
  • Our stakeholder complexity — enterprise buyers, alliances, members, coaches — is a feature for the right person: more interesting problems, more leverage.
