Staff Product Manager at Levellr

We’re hiring a fully remote Staff Product Manager to shape one of the world’s first community intelligence platforms. Levellr helps gaming studios, global brands, and music labels (including Epic Games, Krafton, Scopely, Google, and Universal Music Group) launch, grow, manage, and monetise their communities across Discord, Reddit, and beyond.

##About Our Work

Imagine a fusion of Hootsuite, Sprinklr, and Sprout, but for today’s shift into community platforms. We process rich, actionable community and customer data—enriched with AI agents, LLMs, ML, and statistical analysis—to transform raw insights into proactive intelligence your customers didn’t know they needed. Building our vision means inventing novel solutions and redefining how customers build their products.

This senior individual-contributor role isn’t about ticketing or backlog grooming—it’s about translating ambition into concrete projects, making the toughest product calls, and delivering impact where it matters.

##What You’d Do

###Turning Ambition into Reality

  • Translate an ambiguous vision into ship-ready designs, defining system architecture, interactions between components, and discrete, actionable projects for engineers/designers to execute.
  • Bridge the gap between "where we’re going" and "what we’ll ship next"—mockups, prototypes, and evidence-backed decisions matter more than process.

###Building Products That Matter, Not Just What Customers Ask For

  • Call the shots on our AI-driven features: define what agents should do, articulate 'good' outcomes, and identify real value amid How-do-we-shit options.
  • Stay closely aligned with customers—speak with them, partner with sales & customer success, and identify gaps in existing tools.

###Setting Priorities with Data & Insight

  • Craft and maintain a clear roadmap for your area, leveraging product data and community intelligence to prioritise where legacy tools fall short.
  • Decide what’s worth building—and where competitors are vulnerable.

###Ownership from Concept to Launch

  • Define success with metrics that reveal long-term impact, not short-term shipped widgets. Use these metrics to iterate after launch, not check "done" status.
  • Work hands-on with engineers/designers, closing the loop between idea and execution. Speed up the team without sacrificing quality—your name on the result.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

###Ensuring Impact Sticks

  • Drive adoption through marketing—get solutions into customers’ hands and explain why they matter.
  • Turn shippable features into growing momentum by designing for real-world usage.

##Who You Are

###Proven Product Leadership

  • Owned a product area end-to-end: shaped direction, made high-stakes calls, and shipped—no micromanagement. Evidence matters; demonstrate ambitious sponsorship, ambiguity conversion, and success (e.g., reshaping products + shipping uncertain but strategic bets).

###Ambiguity-to-Product Alchemy

  • Excel at turning vapour into crystal: given a loosely defined goal, your instinct is to pin down structure, sequence, and intent so teams can build. Speed without sloppiness.

###Technical Fluency

  • Deep understanding of software architecture—able to influence how things should be built. Not requiring heady dev experience, but confidently reason about trade-offs.
    • Want proof? Recognise when an analytics pipeline will bottleneck and suggest alternatives.

###LLM-Native Experience

  • Shipped LLM-driven products that go beyond migrating QAs to chatbots. Position LLMs as proactive agents, not reactive assist tools.
  • Propose modern user expectations (e.g., anticipation vs. query-and-response).

###Data-Informed Judgment

  • Reason analytically with product/metric data to justify decisions—or challenge the data’s limits.
  • Social listening/insights background is a plus. Bonus for virtual SaaS/parametric teams.

###Judgment Before Process

  • Instinct for when to move fast vs. slow. knows compromise is a trade, not a default.
  • Leads through clarity, not hierarchy—no one reports to you directly, but your team sights along your assumptions.

###Communication That Drives Action

  • Clear writing, whether drafting specs or gossiping over goals. Words reduce ambiguity.
  • Comfort leading conversations (internal & external): present ideas compellingly and swallow critique.

###Fully Remote-Energy Fit

  • Self-driven, thrive without micromanagement, and center your European-friend timezone locale. Never feel accountability shortfalls in a flat structure.

Bonus async if any of this matches:

  • Founder or team leader with sky-high owner energy.
  • SaaS/data squad experience (e.g., build on messy d·ta and led customer obsession).
  • Vital signal you’re building, not just selling.
