This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Staff Product Marketing Manager based in United Kingdom.
Join a high-impact remote team where product marketing plays a strategic role in shaping product direction, customer adoption, and business growth. In this position, you will lead the positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy for innovative product features, collaborating closely with Product, Growth, and cross-functional stakeholders from concept through launch. Your work will directly influence customer acquisition, engagement, and retention by crafting compelling narratives backed by market insights and customer research. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced SaaS product marketer who enjoys combining strategic thinking, storytelling, and data-driven decision-making in a fast-paced, globally distributed environment. Success in this role comes from driving measurable business impact while helping deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Accountabilities
- Develop and own product positioning, messaging, and value propositions for new features and product enhancements.
- Lead end-to-end go-to-market strategies, coordinating launches across multiple channels including content, social media, in-product messaging, press communications, events, and other marketing initiatives.
- Partner closely with Product Managers throughout the product development lifecycle to influence feature development and market readiness.
- Conduct competitive analysis, customer research, and market assessments to identify growth opportunities and strengthen product differentiation.
- Collaborate with Growth and cross-functional teams to optimize the customer journey from acquisition through adoption, retention, and long-term engagement.
- Contribute to packaging, pricing, and feature strategy to maximize product value and business performance.
- Monitor campaign performance and customer feedback, using insights and data to continuously improve marketing effectiveness and product adoption.

Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Product Marketing, ideally within a fast-growing, product-led SaaS environment.
- Demonstrated success developing positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies that drive measurable business outcomes.
- Experience collaborating closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Growth teams in cross-functional environments.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate customer insights, competitive intelligence, and performance data into strategic recommendations.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a talent for simplifying complex concepts into compelling customer-focused messaging.
- Experience in fintech, payments, marketplaces, or similar technology sectors is considered an advantage.
- Familiarity with the short-term rental industry or experience as a host is beneficial but not required.
- Ability to thrive in a fully remote, globally distributed team while collaborating across US and EMEA time zones.
