The role
You'll help build the systems behind AI-powered Virtual Agents, working across product engineering, platform infrastructure and machine learning to deliver reliable, scalable software. From launching new products to evolving core platforms, you'll have plenty of variety and genuine technical ownership.
What you'll be doing
- Build and ship AI-powered products
- Design scalable services and distributed systems
- Productionise AI capabilities with ML engineers
- Improve platform reliability, tooling and developer experience
- Help shape technical direction and engineering best practice

What you'll bring
- Strong commercial Python development experience
- Experience taking products from idea to production
- Knowledge of distributed systems and Kubernetes
- A focus on software quality and clean engineering
- Enjoy solving problems across product, platform and infrastructure
- An interest in AI or ML systems is a bonus
