Staff Software Engineer
Staff Product Engineer – AI-Native SaaS Platform | Tripled ARR in 12 months
Remote-first (UK) with hybrid London office option Up to £170,000 + equity
About the Role
This is an amazing opportunity for a Staff Product Engineer to join a fast-growing scale-up as they take the next leap in their journey. We’re working with a rapidly scaling AI-native SaaS company that raised an impressive Series B round in 2025. Their platform is redefining the sector, and with revenues tripling in the last year to over $12m ARR, they’re now expanding their Engineering team to match the ambition of their product and customers.
Typescript/Node, React, Golang, GCP/AWS – Your tech background is less important than how you lead teams solving complex technical challenges.
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
