About the Role:
A Staff title means very different things at different companies. What We're Looking For:
- A track record at Staff level, or a Senior clearly ready for the step up
- Depth in a core stack plus the range to move across the whole system
- Architectural judgement paired with a bias for shipping
- A habit of making the engineers around you better
