Staff Software Engineer – Up to £200k base (London)

Up to £200,000 + Equity
Central London Office, 5 days per week onsite

We're partnering with a well-funded, high-growth AI startup that is building a next-generation platform at the intersection of artificial intelligence, real-time data, and physical security.

They're looking for a Staff-level Software Engineer to take ownership of the core data infrastructure powering millions of events per second. You'll drive the technical direction across databases, observability, caching, streaming, and performance-critical systems, helping the platform scale 10x and beyond.
