About The Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-oriented Staff Technical Program Manager (TPM) to join our TPM organization. Our mission is to improve engineering velocity, and you will be instrumental in ensuring operational excellence across our engineering and product organizations. This role focuses on driving the department's core business rhythms, providing transparency, and enabling executive decision-making.

What You’ll Do

Establish Business Cadence: Own and evolve the structured process for reviewing operational metrics and setting up the execution blueprint (QBR, roadmaps, capacity planning, etc). Organizational Alignment: Orchestrate the collaborative process of defining, scoping, and committing to high-level technical initiatives. Performance Insight & Visibility: Define, monitor, and disseminate KPIs and operational health metrics for the entire department and share executive synthesis. Operational Excellence: Streamline and standardize program management frameworks, templates, and communication across our many teams to improve velocity. Lead Special Initiatives: Support complex, high-impact, high-visibility technical programs across the company, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and timely delivery.

Who You Are

8+ years of experience in technical program management, with a focus on software development or infrastructure. Proven track record of successfully delivering complex roadmaps in fast-paced environments. Technical fluency to comprehend software architecture, development lifecycles, and resource dependencies. Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall). Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Ability to influence and drive consensus across diverse teams. Experience with risk management, conflict resolution, and change management. Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Linear, Jira, Asana). Experience in a data, analytics, or business intelligence domain, ideally AI / LLM exposure. Technical background (e.g., former engineer, technical degree). Certifications in project management (e.g., SAFe).
