Staff Vehicle Program Planner

About Rivian

Rivian is on a mission to keep the world adventurous forever. This goes for the emissions-free Electric Adventure Vehicles we build, and the curious, courageous souls we seek to attract.

As a company, we constantly challenge what’s possible, never simply accepting what has always been done. We reframe old problems, seek new solutions and operate comfortably in areas that are unknown. Our backgrounds are diverse, but our team shares a love of the outdoors and a desire to protect it for future generations.

Role Summary

Owns the production plan of record for different programs across the 24-month Master Production Plan (MPP) and near-term Supply and Operations Execution (S&OE) horizon and translates demand and program inputs into a feasible, capacity-aligned build plan, integrates engineering changes, and delivers the supply response into S&OP and S&OE. A deliberately technical seat—pairs functional planning depth with hands-on Python / Databricks development and early AI-modeling adoption to help define and build Rivian’s next-generation planning capabilities alongside internal software teams.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
