Staffing Manager London /Manchester office, hybrid working once a week in office.
Hiring for an IT consultancy seeking an experienced Staffing Manager to join the team.
The Role
As a Staffing Manager, you'll be at the heart of our operations, managing capacity planning across tech projects with our clients then aligning our internal network of tech contractors. This is a relationship-focused position where you'll work directly with internal stakeholders and the contractor network to ensure optimal resource allocation and project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Capacity planning and workforce management
- Aligning internal network of tech contractors to projects
- Internal stakeholder management across the business
- Acting as point of escalation for contract renewals & incidents

Ideal Candidate
- Strong relationship management skills
- Background (5yrs+) in recruiting within technology sector such as software engineers, AI, data, product, etc.
- Resource/capacity planning
- Understands how to build strong teams
- Experience working with contractors, understanding their processes
- Preferred experience working in small/scale up companies
