We're looking for an experienced Staffing & Recruitment Manager to join the Kalon 11 team in London.
This role is perfect for someone who genuinely enjoys booking freelance staff, recruiting exceptional talent and building long-term relationships with people. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love solving staffing challenges, we'd love to hear from you.
Over the past few years, Kalon 11 has become one of the UK's leading luxury event staffing agencies, working with some of the world's most recognised brands across luxury retail, fashion, hospitality and private events.

Your Role Will Include:
- Booking freelance staff across luxury events
- Recruiting, interviewing and onboarding new talent
- Building and developing our freelance staffing network
- Managing staffing requirements across multiple client projects
- Maintaining exceptional staff quality and client service
- Helping shape and continuously improve our staffing operation
We're Looking For Someone With:
- Previous experience booking and managing freelance staff
- Strong recruitment and interviewing experience
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- A proactive attitude and the ability to remain calm under pressure
- A genuine passion for staffing, recruitment and building great teams
