About the Role
Are you a qualified Domestic Engineer with Stairlift and home lift experience? Join a market-leading, family-run business Stannah, a global leader in the lift industry.
This Permanent role will accelerate your career, working on domestic lifts while earning up to £54,000 (including OTE) based on experience. Ideal candidates will have proven experience as a Stairlift Engineer or Domestic Engineer in the lift sector and must hold a valid UK driving licence.

Working Hours: Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 4:45 PM Friday: 8:00 AM – 3:45 PM
Service Area: Basingstoke and the M3 Corridor.
Responsibilities
- Conduct routine maintenance on stairlifts and home lifts.
- Diagnose, repair, and service equipment across our product range.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety standards and maintenance protocols.
- Perform risk assessments and complete site log records.
- Operate under an on-call rota, receiving standby allowance and call-out payments in addition to salary.
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience as a Stairlift/Domestic Engineer.
- Preference for NVQ Level 2 in Lift Engineering (we will train suitable candidates to this level if required).
- Valid UK driving licence.
- A passion for exceptional customer service.
