Job Opportunity: Talent Pool for Transformation and Change Management Experts
We are looking to connect with experienced Stakeholder Engagement Leads, Business Change Managers, Change Consultants, Transformation Leads, Programme Managers, Business Analysts, Product Owners, PMO Leads, Communications & Engagement Specialists, and Implementation Managers for our talent pool as we anticipate continued demand across the UK market.
This is not an active role. We are proactively building a network of independent consultants and contractors with strong stakeholder management, change delivery, communication, and transformation experience to support future projects across financial services, insurance, fintech, public sector, utilities, infrastructure, technology, healthcare, and consulting.
As UK organisations continue to invest in digital transformation, AI adoption, regulatory change, operating model redesign, customer transformation, and complex programme delivery, demand is increasing for professionals who can align senior stakeholders, manage resistance, drive adoption, and help organisations move from strategy into execution.
What you may support:
- Lead stakeholder engagement across complex business, technology, regulatory, or transformation programmes.
- Identify, map, and manage stakeholders across senior leadership, business teams, technology, operations, risk, compliance, and external partners.
- Develop stakeholder engagement plans, communication plans, change impact assessments, and adoption strategies.
- Support business readiness, change adoption, training, communications, and benefits realisation.
- Translate complex programme objectives into clear messaging for different stakeholder groups.
- Facilitate workshops, working groups, steering meetings, discovery sessions, and decision forums.
- Manage resistance, unblock issues, support decision-making, and build alignment across competing priorities.
- Work with programme, product, change, business analysis, PMO, technology, and delivery teams to support successful implementation.
- Produce high-quality stakeholder packs, engagement updates, executive summaries, RAID inputs, adoption materials, and communication artefacts.

What we are looking for:
- Experience within financial services, insurance, fintech, public sector, consulting, technology, utilities, infrastructure, healthcare, or other enterprise environments.
- Strong experience in one or more of the following:
- Stakeholder Management.
- Stakeholder Engagement.
- Business Change Management.
- Change Communications.
- Transformation Delivery.
- Programme or Project Delivery.
- Business Analysis.
- Product or Implementation Management.
- PMO / Governance Support.
- Operating Model or Process Change.
- Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Experience supporting complex, multi-stakeholder programmes where communication, alignment, and adoption were critical to success.
- Ability to simplify complex business or technical topics for different audiences.
- Strong workshop facilitation, communication, influencing, problem-solving, and relationship-building capability.
- Independent consulting, contracting, client-facing, or project-based delivery experience is advantageous.

- Senior stakeholder management across complex or politically sensitive environments.
