About The Company
Our client works at the intersection of deeptech, research, innovation, and entrepreneurship, supporting individuals in turning scientific breakthrough ideas into commercially viable ventures. Through their programmes and network, they help accelerate high-impact innovation and support the growth of early-stage businesses.
What You Will Be Doing
- Actively tend to and build the broader community, nurturing relationships and proactively identifying opportunities for collaboration and developing events that bring the network together in new ways.
- Engage and build the alumni network
- Lead community initiatives such as events and outreach
- Manage and moderate the online community channels
- Build relationships and network with contacts at universities and research organisations

About You
What we're looking for
- Demonstrable experience building and sustaining a community, with evidence of engagement and retention outcomes.
- Experience of planning and delivering outreach campaigns and events
- A strong understanding of deeptech and the university/ research ecosystem
- Excellent networking and relationship building skills, maturity and emotional intelligence
- Genuine interest in science and technology
- Ability to travel across the UK and Europe
