Job Description
Are you passionate about building meaningful partnerships that create life-changing opportunities for learners?
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Stakeholder Engagement Manager to lead employer engagement across our College. Working collaboratively with curriculum and support teams across both campuses, you will develop and strengthen relationships with employers, industry representatives, and community organisations, securing high-quality work placement opportunities that support learners' career aspirations and progression into industry.
A key aspect of the role will be supporting the College's commitment to co-design and co-delivery, working closely with employer partners and local stakeholders to ensure our curriculum and provision remain relevant, responsive, and aligned to current and future industry needs. This is a highly rewarding opportunity for a skilled relationship-builder with excellent communication and organisational abilities, committed to delivering outstanding customer service, ensuring compliance with safeguarding and health and safety requirements, and creating impactful partnerships that enhance learner outcomes, employer engagement, and community impact.
