With a portfolio of trusted brands and a passion for continuous improvement, we play an important role in helping consumers make healthier choices every day.

Role Description

As a Standard Operator, you will help keep our production operations running safely, efficiently and reliably. You'll operate and monitor manufacturing equipment, contribute to line performance, and support the delivery of high-quality products that reach consumers across the UK and beyond.

Your Impact

As a Standard Operator, you will play a key role in delivering safe, efficient and high-quality production. Your contribution will help maximise line performance, minimise downtime and ensure products consistently meet the standards our customers expect. Working closely with colleagues across the factory, you'll support continuous improvement and help create a positive, collaborative working environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Safety & Quality: Maintain excellent safety, quality and compliance standards to help create a safe working environment and deliver products that meet specification.
  • Production Performance: Operate, monitor and optimise production equipment to achieve performance targets while minimising downtime and breakdowns.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency and operational performance through a proactive improvement mindset.
  • Ownership & Accountability: Take responsibility for line performance, maintaining standards and supporting operations, including during periods when a Line Leader is not present.
  • Collaboration: Foster a positive team environment by supporting colleagues, motivating others and contributing to shared business goals and site performance measures.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
