Toromont Remanufacturing is looking for a Standard Work Analyst to join our team in Bradford, ON!
The Standard Work Analyst is responsible for developing, implementing, and sustaining standardized work processes across production operations. This role ensures that best practices are clearly defined, consistently executed, and continuously improved to drive safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance. The analyst works closely with Exchange team, Production leaders, Process Engineering, and Quality Assurance teams to optimize labor efficiency, reduce variability, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Compensation
- $53,125.00 to $66,407.00
The listed base salary is just one component of our total rewards package, and performance-based or discretionary bonuses may be available.

In a typical day, YOU will:
- Develop, document, and maintain standardized work instructions for all production processes
- Define optimal work sequences, task breakdowns, and standard work-in-process (SWIP) levels
- Conduct time studies using stopwatch or predetermined motion systems (e.g., MOST, MTM)
- Establish accurate cycle times and labor content
- Support takt time alignment and capacity planning
- Identify waste and inefficiencies within processes (motion, waiting, overprocessing, etc.)
- Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and quality
- Analyze workflows and balance work across operators or stations
- Integrate quality checks into standard work
- Develop standard processes for repair vs. replace decisions (critical in remanufacturing)
- Audit adherence to standard work and identify gaps
- Ensure updates reflect current processes and improvements
Key Qualifications:
- Post-Secondary Education with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a related industry and highly safety conscious
- Strong attention to detail
- Self-starter, independent and a team player with high initiative and integrity
- Technical aptitude with experience as a Heavy Equipment Technician would be an asset
- Knowledge of the parts industry would be beneficial
- Customer centric with proven analytical, problem solving and time management skills
- Effective communication and strong interpersonal skills to deal with internal and external customers at all levels
- A sense of urgency and mindset for continuous improvement
- Adaptable with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
