What We Need From You

The Coffee Mastermind

  • Knowledge first: Coffee nerds rule here. From distinguishing between macchiato and latte to mastering seasonal syrups, you’ll be the go-to for detailed drink recommendations—giving guests the perfect cup every time.
  • Delivery dreams: From flat whites to breakfast bagels, you’ll ensure every item is flawless—the right temperature, the right consistency, the right Village warmth.

Cool Under Pressure

  • This isn’t for the faint-hearted. If orders are flooding in and deadlines are tight, you’ll stay sharp, stay composed, and keep serving smiles—no panic, just performance.
