Starbucks Team Member: Fuel the Village

Let's cut right to the chase. The morning coffee rush is not for the faint of heart. If the sight of a thirsty queue makes you want to hide in the stockroom, look away now. We need someone who genuinely thrives in the brilliant, caffeinated chaos of a fast-paced coffee shop.

At Village, we partner with Starbucks to bring world-class coffee to our guests and locals alike. Our coffee shops are the beating heart of our hotels, and we need a Team Member who can pour the perfect flat white while keeping completely calm under pressure. We want that famous Starbucks expertise delivered with our signature Village warmth.

The Reality of the Role

This is about so much more than just pressing buttons on an espresso machine. It is about remembering that the regular from room 204 needs an extra shot to survive their Tuesday morning meeting. It is fast, you are constantly on your feet, and it requires a serious amount of personality. You will be making sure the coffee is flawless, the sandwiches are heated to perfection, and the whole place looks immaculate, even when it is absolutely jumping.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
