Let’s cut right to the chase. The morning coffee rush demands dynamism. If long queues stress you out, look away—this isn’t for the faint of heart. We need someone who thrives in the chaotic, caffeinated energy of a fast-paced coffee shop.
At Village, we collaborate with Starbucks to deliver premium coffee to both guests and locals. Our coffee shops are the heartbeats of our hotels, so we’re looking for a Team Member who can:
- Craft the perfect flat white under pressure
- Balance speed and warmth with the legendary Starbucks expertise we know and love
The Reality of the Role
This job isn’t just about slot machines and espresso. It’s about:
- Remembering the regular from Room 204 needs an extra shot to conquer Tuesday meetings
- Constant movement — you’ll be constantly on your feet
- Delivering flawless coffee, perfectly made sandwiches, and maintaining an immaculate space
