Job Description
Assist in providing general building maintenance and repair works on behalf of Cambridge Maintenance to its client base.
Key Responsibilities
- Plant room and equipment upkeep
- Cleaning and tidying of plant rooms and equipment in modern, high-standard office buildings
- Painting and re-decorating equipment and floors
- Chemical cleaning of equipment using high-pressure jet washers

Logistics and deliveries
- Transport and stock management of spare parts to site

Maintenance and compliance tasks
- Conducting basic building maintenance, including meter readings and tap temperature checks

Technical support
- Assisting Building Services Technicians as required

Interpersonal and project management
- Maintaining professional relationships with clients, suppliers, and colleagues
- Efficient time management and teamwork
- Submitting clear, accurate reports with recommendations for further work
- Compiling weekly timesheets
- Reporting on job progress to Contracts Managers
Location & Hours
- Location: Walthamstow / Hendon / London
- Hours: 42 hours per week (flexible arrangement subject to client demand)

Essential Skills & Qualifications
- Strong written and spoken communication skills
- Previous maintenance or building services experience preferred
- Excellent organisational abilities
- Basic PC proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Desired Skills & Qualifications
✔Experience in HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning) systems ✔Knowledge of air conditioning maintenance and repairs ✔Claimed or registered Health & Safety training
