About The Role

Responsibilities

  • Cleaning of washrooms, communal areas & floor space
  • Cleaning of office spaces, staff areas, stair wells & car parks
  • Vacuuming, sweeping dusting, mopping & damp wiping
  • Litter picking, litter collection, emptying of bins & disposal
  • Sanitisation of touch points
  • Use of cleaning equipment both handheld and ride-on.
  • Reporting of any equipment faults and health and safety concerns
  • Adhering to all health & safety guidelines
  • Attend relevant health & safety training
  • Attend all training deemed by the company necessary to perform this
  • Other cleaning duties that may be required from time to time

The ideal candidate must meet the following criteria

  • Must have right to work in the UK
  • Can-Do, happy to help attitude
  • Ability to work alone or as part of a team
  • Flexible with working hours and days
  • Ability to work to deadlines and prioritize work loads
  • Good communication skills

Desirable

  • Previous experience working in cleaning
  • Previous experience of working with cleaning machinery (Ride-On / Handheld)
  • Previous experience of working the public
  • Passing GSCE Grades (or equivalent) in: English, Maths
