We are looking for a Statistician to join our Product Science & Manufacturing Science & Technology (MS&T) teams in Barcelona, Spain or London, UK. This role focuses on optimizing manufacturing processes through data-driven analysis.

Key Responsibilities

Statistical Analysis & Process Optimization

  • Apply statistical methodologies (SPC, DOE, MVDA) to analyze manufacturing processes, analytical methods, and product stability.
  • Design experiments and predictive models to reduce variability and improve performance.

Regulatory & Technical Support

  • Assist with process validation, risk assessments, and regulatory submissions (FDA/EMA).

Collaboration & Communication

  • Work closely with engineers, scientists, and MS&T teams to implement findings.
  • Present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Master's or PhD in Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years’ experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or advanced manufacturing industries.

Technical Skills

  • Expertise in statistical software: R, Python, SAS, JMP, Minitab.
  • Strong background in DOE (Design of Experiments), SPC (Statistical Process Control), and data modeling.
