Compensation & Pay Transparency (Regional Considerations)

Canada & United States: In locations where pay transparency legislation applies, compensation ranges will be disclosed at the time a specific opportunity is identified and presented. Salary ranges are determined based on factors such as role scope, experience, qualifications, and geographic market data. EMEA & APAC: Compensation practices may vary by country due to local regulatory requirements and market norms. Where applicable, compensation details will be communicated during the recruitment process in accordance with local laws and practices. Incentive Compensation: In addition to base salary, eligible employees may participate in discretionary bonus or incentive plans aligned to individual, team, or company performance. Certain sales or revenue-generating roles may include performance-based incentive structures.
