Lindrick Construction Site Engineering Ltd. is part of the Lindrick Group, providing full turnkey solutions and project management across engineering, steel fabrication, onsite installation, electrical work, and a range of specialist trades. The company specializes in site installations, fabrication, and material handling, offering design, drawings, manufacture, and installation of structural and bespoke steelwork. With over 15 years of experience, Lindrick maintains high quality standards, holding ISO 9001:2015 accreditation and BS EN 1090 Execution Class 3 CE Marking. Based in Worksop, Nottinghamshire, the company operates top-of-the-range precision machinery to deliver accurate, efficient projects and serves clients nationwide.
Job Role Description – Steelwork Fabrication

This includes:
- Measuring, marking out, drilling, cutting, and assembling steel components.
- Working on site includes modifying existing equipment, fitting bearings, shafts, guarding, etc.
Site Work
This role is a mix of being part of our workshop fabrication team and our site team. This allows the individual to experience both manufacturing and installation on site. We supply accommodation and allowances for those working away.

Our team works incredibly hard to complete projects quickly and efficiently—all of which have lots of experience in their job roles. You would be joining a team with a hardworking attitude.
Minimum Requirements to Join Our Team

Flexibility: We require someone who is willing to work away at times, weekends, and overtime when offered! Flexibility comes hand in hand with reliability. This individual needs to be competent and have the ability to think independently when making decisions!

CSCS, IPAF, Telehandler Cards, and ideally NVQ in Fabrication Welding – (Willing to train for the right candidate)

Strong Work Ethic: We need someone willing to go that extra mile and work those extra hours!

Minimum 8 - 10 Years Experience
