Working Hours & Responsibilities
- Working Hours:
- 14:00–22:00
- 5 days out of 7 (includes some weekends)
- On-call service
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure vehicles are driven in line with all current applicable legislation, company policies, and procedures.
- Conduct daily Health and Safety vehicle inspections.
- Report all traffic accidents involving any company vehicle to the company insurer immediately, in accordance with their requirements, while also notifying the line manager.
- Take responsibility for the safe carriage of goods to comply with the basic rules of the Transport Act 1968.
- Maintain and organise planned preventative maintenance (e.g., servicing) of all company vehicles, including arranging alternative vehicle cover when necessary.
- Keep and submit effective vehicle mileage logs weekly to the Administration Staff.
- Ensure all delivery schedules are met in accordance with the daily service requirements.

- An annual salary of £25,272, plus a 5% performance bonus, plus generous shift allowances for overtime/unsocial hours.

About You

Required Experience & Qualifications
- Educated to a good general standard with demonstrable verbal and numerical abilities.
- Full UK driving license (with a maximum of 3 points).
- 2 years’ driving experience on UK roads.
- Good customer service orientation.
