Location: Sutton Coldfield (Spire Little Aston Hospital) Contract Type: Permanent | Full-time Hours: 37.5 per week (rotating day shifts: 07:30–18:00, 07:30–15:30, 09:30–20:00, or 12:00–20:00) Salary & Benefits: Competitive package with extensive benefits

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver an outstanding sterile supplies service for the multidisciplinary perioperative team within the operating theatre environment.
- Lead and operationalise the TSSU team, ensuring all staff adhere to accreditation systems, audits, and compliance standards.
- Collaborate with the Theatre Manager to optimise the healthcare operational environment.
- Drive continuous improvement through auditing and compliance monitoring.
Who We’re Looking For
Essential Experience & Skills:
- Proven sterile services experience (essential).
- Solid leadership experience in sterile services or operational roles, demonstrating team management and decision-making.
- Commitment to flexibility—able to work on the hospital’s rotating shift rota.
- Physical resilience with capacity for heavy lifting and a bustling working environment.
