About This Role
Responsibilities:
- Assist with crowd control and customer guidance.
- Check tickets and direct guests to appropriate areas.
- Provide information and support to event attendees.
- Observe and report incidents to security or supervisory staff.
- Ensure fire exits and emergency routes are clear.

Requirements:
- Friendly, approachable, and professional manner.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Comfortable working in busy environments.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills (Must Speak Fluent English)
This is a PAYE role, meaning you will be paid through payroll with tax and National Insurance deducted at source. Holiday pay is included at an additional 12.07% and is paid at the same time as your wages. If you are eligible, employer pension contributions of 3% are also provided on top of the advertised hourly rate.
