As a Stock Administrator
You will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient management of our logistics and supply chain processes. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about supporting the logistics team in driving operational efficiency. After an initial training period, this role will offer the flexibility of a hybrid work arrangement, allowing you to work 2 days from home each week, providing an excellent work-life balance.
How you create impact
- Logistics Coordination: Assist in coordinating and managing all logistics activities, including shipments, inventory control, and order processing.
- Data Entry and Reporting: Accurately enter and maintain logistics data in the internal systems, ensuring all records are current and accurate.
- Inventory Management: Track inventory levels, ensure stock is replenished on time, and support warehouse operations to meet demand and supply targets.
- Communication: Act as a liaison between internal teams, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth logistics operations, timely deliveries, and issue resolution.
- Problem Resolution: Identify and troubleshoot any logistical issues, working with relevant teams to resolve them quickly and efficiently.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of logistics activities, including shipments, deliveries, and any discrepancies, for future reference and compliance.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in logistics processes and contribute suggestions to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

What we would like you to bring
- Previous experience in a logistics, supply chain, or administrative role is preferred but not essential.
- Exceptional ability to spot errors and discrepancies in data or processes, maintaining a high level of accuracy in all tasks.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a busy, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with internal teams, external vendors, and clients.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.), with experience in logistics or warehouse management systems being an added advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
- Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and work independently when necessary.
