Your Role
Our multi-user operation in Kettering has an excellent opportunity for a meticulous and data-driven Stock and Inventory Clerk, where you will ensure the smooth and efficient entry of stock location data, prepare and check all stock reports, and maintain the integrity of the stock system. This is a Monday to Friday role, 10:00-18:00.

What Are You Going to Do?
As a Stock Clerk, you will play a key role in maintaining accurate stock records and ensuring inventory integrity across the warehouse. Using your strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, you will investigate stock discrepancies, carry out stock investigations, and resolve any inventory issues promptly. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Completing cycle counts
- Conducting stock checks
- Investigating stock variances
- Producing reports to support the management team
You will work closely with warehouse colleagues to identify the root cause of stock issues and ensure corrective actions are implemented. You will also maintain accurate records by updating the warehouse management system and any relevant documentation in line with internal processes.
What Are We Looking For?
Our successful candidate will come with strong administrative skills with proven experience in a similar stock or warehousing role. You will need to be an excellent communicator both verbally and in writing, have strong problem-solving skills with the ability to remain calm during pressurized situations, be self-motivated, and comfortable working alone and as part of a team. Ideally, you will have some experience using warehouse management systems, although this isn’t essential.
