## **Overview**
- **Pay Rates:**
- **Aged 16–17:** £8.00 per hour
- **Aged 18+:** £12.71 per hour
- Your local **Dunelm** store is seeking a **Stock & Trade Assistant** committed to a **minimum of 16 hours per week**, with shifts starting at **7am**. You must be highly flexible to cover shifts spread across the week, including **Saturdays and Sundays**.
Dunelm’s **Stock & Trade Assistants** are passionate product specialists who drive efficiencies behind the scenes while excelling in **logistics, merchandising, and customer engagement**.

Key Responsibilities
- Follow planograms and merchandising strategies to optimise product displays.
- Update pricing, maintain visual presentation, and recover store layouts after busy periods.
- Coordinate multiple deliveries weekly, including receiving, staging, and restocking.
- Perform stock control, ordering, and replenishment on the shop floor.
- Provide a friendly, knowledgeable, and professional experience for customers while supporting team cohesion.
Requirements
Personal Attributes & Skills
- Proactive team player who records progress to team leaders/management regularly.
- Highly organised, committed, and eager to learn about our diverse product range.
- Ability to multi-task efficiently across stock duties whilst maintaining positive interactions with customers.
- Comfortable with manual handling of furniture/furnishings (assisting with large/small items).
