Description

As a Stock Assistant, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the store remains well-stocked and organised for a seamless shopping experience. From receiving and replenishing deliveries to maintaining accurate inventory levels, you’ll help keep the store running efficiently while upholding high standards of stock presentation, safety, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Team Collaboration:

  • Work harmoniously with your colleagues, fostering an inclusive and supportive team environment.
  • Actively participate in team discussions and problem-solving, contributing innovative ideas to achieve shared goals.
  • Share knowledge and skills to support and train both new and existing team members.

Operational Excellence:

  • Receive and Process Deliveries Efficiently. Accept incoming shipments, check for accuracy, and ensure products are properly stocked and stored to maintain inventory integrity.
  • Replenish Stock and Maintain Store Presentation. Regularly restock shelves and displays to ensure customers have access to a well-stocked and visually appealing store environment.
  • Maintain Cleanliness and Store Standards. Conduct daily housekeeping tasks, including tidying shelves, maintaining fitting rooms, and ensuring the overall cleanliness of the store to create a welcoming atmosphere.
