Job role: Stock Condition Co-ordinator
Location: Leicester LE2
Contract Type: Temporary (Hybrid)
Pay rate: £13.65 an hour
Working days: Monday to Friday
Working hours: 9am to 5pm (35 hours a week)
What You'll Do
As a Stock Condition Co-ordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our housing stock is maintained to the highest standards. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting detailed inspections of properties to assess their condition.
- Collecting and analysing data to inform decision-making processes.
- Collaborating with maintenance teams to ensure timely repairs and upkeep.
- Maintaining accurate records and reports on property conditions.
- Engaging with tenants and stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback.
- Supporting the development of strategies for property improvements.
What We're Looking For
To thrive in this role, you should bring:
- Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication abilities to effectively liaise with various stakeholders.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- Experience in housing or property management (preferred but not essential).
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
