Location: Isle of Wight
Hours: 35 hours per week (flexibly worked between 8am and 6pm)
Days: Monday - Friday
Duration: 2 Year Fixed Term Contract
Duties:
- Completion of home condition surveys, HHSRS and EPC assessments, against standards, to inhabited and void properties across the Island,
- Engaging with Residents, planning workload, diary management, scheduling appointments and providing high level customer services,
- Interior and exterior inspections, gathering data and photographs, uploading reports, whilst working to targets,
- Identifying required improvements and escalating urgent repairs and risks,
- May also be required to oversee contractors, review risk and method statements and inspect completed works.
Experience:
- Must have previous practical experience within the property maintenance or housing sector with an understanding of associated regulatory standards including Decent Homes and Housing Health and Safety Rating System.
- Previous surveying experience and understanding of CDM is highly desirable, DEA qualifications and experience of Energy assessments is an advantage,
- Must have strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with residents to achieve positive outcomes,
- Must be able to work proactively, respectfully and efficiently with excellent organisational skills.
- Must have good computer literacy, the ability to learn and effectively use new systems to clearly present information.
- Must have full driver’s license and access to own transport for business use.

Salary: £48,410 - 54,212 per annum plus £1,800 car allowance, mileage, IT equipment, PPE and Uniform.
