Stock Control Support
Stafford Fulfilment Centre
Salary - £24,784.50, 37.5 hrs per week
Hours - Tuesday - Saturday, rotation 06.00-14.00 / 14.00-22.00

Right now, we are looking for someone with Stock Control experience to support our Stock Control Team at our Fulfilment Centre in Stafford.
The Role
As Stock Control Support you are responsible for assisting in the smooth running of the warehouse operations from receipt of goods, store returns, to storage and distribution, whilst ensuring a safe work environment. These Stock Control Support vacancies would suit individuals who have a demonstrable history within a pick, pack, and dispatch, 24/7 multi-site operation.
Key Responsibilities
- Involved in assisting with the coordination of transport to deliver goods and maintain a highly accurate stock keeping / stock control system.
- Receive and process all store returns / recalls.
- Monitor and process all DC damages.
- Control all Brexit store orders and documentation.
- Assist Stock Control to manage inventory/stock levels and stock placement using the JDA system.
- Function within an established team of stock controllers, ensuring that all internal stock control processes within the Fulfilment Centre are followed.
- Maximise stock availability and ensure that stock can be delivered to stores accurately and in a saleable condition.
- Assist in maintaining the accuracy of the warehouse stock file, through perpetual inventory counts and identifying damage reduction opportunities.
- Maintain the Physical inventory in line with system driven PI to control adjustments.
- Assist Stock Control in monitoring all inbound POs to close all orders within 48 hours and to ensure the orders are closed without discrepancies to improve stock availability.
- Conducting weekly full empty location checks.
- Assist Stock Control to monitor, investigate and authorise internal product adjustments to maintain stock accuracy.
- Assist in relays to enhance productivity measures.
