Operations - Inventory Operative (Taiko Acton – Bonsai)

Role Details

  • Position: Full Time

Key Responsibilities

Inventory Management

  • Accurately record inventory across Production/Warehouse locations
  • Document damaged or expiring products, corresponding BB-Dates & quantities
  • Maintain stock labels, storage integrity, and FIFO principles (critical for perishables)

Reporting & Compliance

  • Generate inventory reports for management (track usage, variances, expired stock)
  • Submit online reports before shift end
  • MWD duties: Expiry management (minimise product loss)

Loss Prevention

  • Secure stock against theft/misplacement, adhering to policies and safety standards

Required Skills & Attributes

  • Attention to detail—spot errors, verify lists, and prioritise accuracy
  • Basic maths (calculating expiry dates, stock counts & variances)
  • Microsoft Excel (spreadsheet sorting, formula application) + basic Outlook/email use
  • Dynamic multitasker: thrive under pressure in fast-paced environments
  • Hygiene/sanitation awareness to uphold food safety standards
  • Self-starter; works independently and collaborates with production, warehouse & reporting teams
