Stock Controller | Luxury Retail
Salary: Up to £30,000 + Benefits
Are you an organised and detail-focused Stock Controller with experience supporting fast-paced retail operations? Our client is looking for a Stock Controller to take ownership of stock accuracy, inventory movements and the daily organisation of the stockroom. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who understands how efficient back-of-house operations support commercial performance and an exceptional customer experience.
As a Stock Controller, you will:
- Receive, inspect and process deliveries, ensuring all merchandise and documentation are accurate.
- Manage stock transfers, replenishment and product movements across departments and store locations.
- Complete stock counts, cycle counts and audits, investigating and resolving any discrepancies.
- Monitor inventory levels, place stock orders and maintain accurate records on internal systems.
- Maintain a clean, safe and organised stockroom while supporting seasonal launches and operational projects.

You'll bring:
- Previous experience as a Stock Controller or within retail stockroom, inventory or warehouse operations.
- Strong knowledge of stock control, replenishment and inventory management processes.
- Excellent organisation, accuracy and attention to detail.
- Confidence using stock management systems and basic computer applications.
- A proactive, reliable and collaborative approach within a fast-paced retail environment.
