Purpose
Control and maintain stock levels within the Business, in co-ordination with the Stores Team Leader
Duties
- Develop the inventory management system D365
- Manage and control stock counts and reports.
- Conduct daily/ weekly / monthly stock takes
- Continual align stock counts with system and report to finance
- Minimise overstocks and report to supply chain
- Removal of obsolete / redundant products to maximise capacity
- Work with Warehouse manager to handle efficient storage
- Ensure D365 system is up to date and stock is labelled properly.
- Manages inventory tracking system to record deliveries, shipments and stock levels.
- Communicates with operations team to meet business goals
- Reports on inventory levels, supply chain progress, procedural efficiency and personnel issues to upper management.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

- Previous experience in a similar role
