Harvey Nichols is seeking a Stock Controller to join our team in Knightsbridge. About The Role…
As our new Stock Controller, you’ll be the driving force behind the efficient management and movement of stock across the store. From the moment new deliveries arrive to the time a product reaches the shop floor (and beyond), you’ll ensure accuracy, organisation, and care in every detail. You’ll deliver an exceptional and professional service by:
- Ensuring all deliveries are received, processed, and stored accurately and efficiently
- Managing stock levels to support sales and minimise loss through accurate replenishment and rotation
- Maintaining immaculate stockrooms and back-of-house areas that reflect the standards of the Harvey Nichols brand
- Supporting store teams by locating and delivering stock promptly and efficiently
- Conducting regular stock counts and assisting with audits to ensure inventory accuracy
- Collaborating with retail, buying, and logistics teams to optimise stock flow and resolve discrepancies
- Upholding the highest standards of organisation, precision, and professionalism at all times

Is this you?
We’re looking for individuals who are methodical, motivated, and meticulous with a passion for luxury retail and an eye for detail that’s second to none.
- Do you have previous experience in a stock control or back-of-house role, ideally within luxury fashion or retail?
- Are you highly organised, reliable, and confident managing high-value merchandise?
- Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and efficiency are key?
- Are you a team player who enjoys supporting front-of-house teams to deliver exceptional client experiences?
- Are you flexible and available to work across early mornings, evenings, and weekends?
