JOB MISSION
Acting as a brand ambassador for Thom Browne, the main job objective is to maintain and operate an efficient stock room enabling the sales team to maximize profitable sales. Stock room must be organized, managed and controlled to ensure the luxury quality of Thom Browne products is maintained and stock loss is minimized.
THE ROLE
Brand Ambassador:
- Elevate the brand image and having a strong understanding of the brand DNA;
- Client Management;
- Support Sales Advisors when needed;
- Advise clients to find products easily;
- Ensure first class client service is delivered and support the sales team by preparing products and advising them on stock availability or whenever the CORE product is scarce and a replenishment is necessary;
- Actively drive your product knowledge to ensure you are fully up to date on the whole product range including product care, stock availability and after services offered.

Stock Management:
- Ensure stock room standards that reflect the brand image at all times;
- Make sure that the appropriate quantity of products are in stock, all products are boxed, labelled and stored correctly in the stock room and products on display are properly maintained to reduce stock damage;
- All internal stock transfers are properly reordered at the time of movement;
- Conduct weekly rotative inventories and stock takes so that stock loss is minimized;
- Comment and explain discrepancies and resolve the issue by searching for missing products and double checking all stock;
- Report KPIs to the store manager;
- Replenish products to ensure sufficient availability of products on the shop floor at all times;
- Ensure that the stock room is easily accessible and follows all local H&S guidelines;
- Inform the store management about out-of-stock items etc.;
- Check stationary, supplies, packaging stock levels and place orders to ensure supplies do not run out.
Order Follow-up & Control:
- Process delivery invoices in a timely manner;
- Check all deliveries and confirm that the stock delivered corresponds to the invoices and that no stock is damaged;
- Communicate with the supply chain team in a timely manner with issues regarding delivery couriers, customs issues etc.
E-commerce fulfillment:
- Process all orders on a daily basis, in a timely manner to make sure the standards are reflected and the performance maintained;
- Open tickets to raise eventual issues.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Minimum 2/5 years experience in sales and stock control in a fashion environment, preferably luxury;
- Fluent level of English – any other language will be considered a plus;
- Understanding of Retail KPIs;
- Passionate representative of the Thom Browne world.
- Highly organized, self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills;
- Good team player and ability to work independently;
- Confident, professional, comfortable working autonomously; strong communication both written and verbal. Entrepreneurial.
- Passion for retail and stock management;
- Excellent at working and delivering against deadlines and the ability to work under pressure;
- Ability to prioritize and be able to multitask;
- Ability to establish a proactive approach in tackling issues and seek to identify and implement solutions;
- Proactive and positive in approach;
- A commitment to achieving and exceeding targets;
- Able to communicate effectively with all internal and external teams;
- Computer literacy especially Excel.
