Stock Controller

JOB OVERVIEW
We are currently looking for a Stock Controller to join our Global Operations department based in Dunfermline.
You will be working within a lean customer-focused warehouse and logistics environment that is responsible for ensuring that all the companies' material movement demands are met.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Goods In Processing: GRN, RMA & RTV receipts, stock labeling, locating and material transfers.
- Sales order Processing: Order picking, processing, and logistics fulfillment.
- Production Kitting: Manufacturing order generation / processing, lineside and kit stock replenishment, finished product processing.
- Cycle Counting: Perpetual cycle counting.
- Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System processing: Ensuring all stock movements are transacted efficiently and accurately.
- Housekeeping: Conform to working within a "6's" environment.
- Be a contributor to the Department’s Continuous Improvement programme.

WHAT QUALIFICATIONS OR QUALITIES ARE REQUIRED
- Valid Reach Truck.
- Valid Aisle Master.
- Clean driving license.
- Experienced in using an ERP systems inventory module, "Dynamics" would be preferable.
- A proven track record of working within a medium/low manufacturing environment within stores.
- Experience of Lean Manufacturing techniques: 5s, KANBAN and KAIZAN.
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel and Outlook).
- Customer-focused with good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Highly numerate, ideally hold a mathematical qualification.
- A competent self-starter with a flexible attitude and the ability to handle a multi-tasked role in a fast-paced changing environment.
