The Stock Lead
The Stock Lead is responsible for overseeing all functions of the stockroom including receiving and processing shipment, merchandise organization, and sales floor replenishment. The Stock Lead is part of the store leadership team, responsible for driving store performance through effective and efficient merchandise processes.
What You’ll Do
Stockroom Operations
- Oversees stockroom organization, shipment processing, and inventory replenishment.
- Manages all scanning tasks, recalls, transfers, and area cleanliness.
Store Presentation & Sales Floor
- Maintains visual merchandising standards by auditing displays, steaming apparel, and ensuring correct sizing.
- Actively drives sales through customer engagement and by monitoring service lines.
Omni-Channel
- Monitors and processes digital orders quickly and accurately.
- Assists customers with in-store order pickups efficiently and with urgency.

- Coaches, trains, and assigns work to associates while building strong team relationships.
- Keeps management updated on business flow and uses feedback to improve performance.
Policies & Compliance
- Follows and enforces all company handbook policies, safety guidelines, and dress code standards.
- Collaborates with the team to achieve daily operational goals.
What It Takes
Work Schedule Requirements
- Schedule will vary weekly but should expect to work at least 20 hours per week.
- Required availability on nights and weekends.
- In addition, during peak timeframes, hours will increase to support the needs of the business.

Qualifications
- Minimum age of 18 years required.
- Must have the ability to travel to assigned store with reliable transportation.
- High School Diploma/ G.E.D. equivalent preferred.
- At least 1 year of stockroom experience is preferred.
- No supervisory/ management experience is required.
- Maintain a strong customer focus.
- Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Possess strong communication skills.
- Show knowledge of current fashion trends.
- Be energetic, outgoing, and assertive.
- Take initiative and show confidence.
- Master adaptability and flexibility.
- Balance multiple tasks while being detail-oriented.
- Engage in applied learning and proactive thinking.
- Exhibit a strong work ethic.
